Setup fees are charged once upfront before work begins. Monthly maintenance fees are billed automatically on the same date each month. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no penalties. However, cancellation will result in loss of hosting and technical support services.

You warrant that all content you provide does not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. You agree to indemnify Gotya Marketing against any claims arising from your content.
While we strive for 24-hour turnaround on all projects, delivery times may vary based on project complexity and content availability. We guarantee mobile-responsive design, SEO optimization, and professional quality on all websites.
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results. SEO is an ongoing process affected by many factors beyond our control. Premium backlinks are provided from reputable sources, but results vary by industry and competition.
Gotya Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for losses due to server downtime, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We maintain regular backups but recommend clients keep their own backup copies of critical content.
